Working Group 4 (WG4) took place on 18 September 2005 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, under the Co-Chairmanship of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. More than forty participants including the following countries and organizations: Bahrain, Egypt, France, Germany, Japan, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, UK, US, National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Bank of Saudi Arabia, Islamic Development Bank, Union of Arab Banks, IMF and the World Bank Group.
